Beatrice Irene Bucko

Beatrice Irene Bucko, 90, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 11, 2012. She was a native of Davidsville, PA. She was a member of Providence Mennonite Church where she was an active part of the “Willing Workers”, lead music, and played the organ. She also shared her talent at Mennowood Retirement Home.

Survivors include her husband of thirty nine years, Robert Bucko; many nieces, nephews and was a great, great aunt. She had made many close friends that were dear to her. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 AM, Monday, July 16, 2012 at Providence Mennonite Church. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Carl Mericle officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Peninsula Food Bank, 2401 Aluminum Ave, Hampton, VA 23661.
